Created: 2025-06-13 by Charity Helpers Foundation
Version: 1.0

---

**Core Elements:**
- Track & Field (Relay Racing)
- Tennis (Net play, volleying)

**Objective:**
Teams score by completing relay passes and net returns in a hybrid race-match format, where speed and precision both count.

---

**Teams & Players:**
- 2 teams of 4 players each
  - 3 relay runners
  - 1 net striker

---

**Field Layout:**
- 100m circular relay track
- Tennis net setup across a midpoint in the track with two return zones
- Batons and tennis rackets placed in designated hand-off zones

---

**Gameplay Cycle:**
1. The match begins with the first runner sprinting to the net zone.
2. Upon reaching the net, they toss a ball over the net to the striker.
3. The striker must volley it into the opposing team’s court zone while the second runner is activated.
4. A volley must land in the correct court zone for the lap to count.
5. The cycle repeats for 3 full laps, each including a volley and hand-off.

---

**Scoring:**
- 1 point per successful volley/lap cycle
- 3 bonus points for completing all 3 cycles with no faults
- Faults (missed volley, dropped baton) incur 10-second penalties

---

**Twist / Chaos Element:**
- “Smash Sprint”: Last lap doubles the relay speed requirement; runners must beat a countdown timer.
- “Blind Volley”: One round requires net striker to hit blindfolded with verbal guidance

---

**Safety Notes:**
- Non-marking shoes only
- Eye protection recommended for net strikers
- Ensure track is dry and free from debris

---

**Setup Time:** ~20 minutes
**Play Time:** ~30–40 minutes

---

TrackNet Smash merges sprint strategy with court finesse. Teams must balance acceleration, timing, and accuracy to dominate.
